Police scanners popular among thieves

A recent burglary in Albany is raising some eyebrows and causing some concern. Last week a man broke into Tanner-Deen Nissan on E. Oglethorpe Boulevard. Surveillance video caught him on tape. Aside from the tools he had with him to get in the dealership. The burglar was also wearing a police scanner to stay one step ahead of the cops.
